Heartbroken to hear sad news about David, whom I and my family have known since he first met Coby all those years ago! He will be greatly missed, but there is solace in knowing that he had a long life, well lived.

Wendy and family,
I want to tell that I was really sad when I saw that lovely David had died. He was a really interesting kind man. He loved talking about his wife Coby and his family and his trips to Celbridge. He spoke a lot about his parents and his siblings and his own children and his grandchildren.
We became great friends when working together on a project recently. We thoroughly enjoyed each other's company sharing ideas and and memories and chat. I always looked forward to meeting him when we did and I was delighted when he came to visit me here in Portmarnock. He took a great interest in all the details of the retro fitting of my house. I will be with you in spirit tomorrow and hopefully I'll be able to tune into the service at Mount Jerome.
