David served on the Board of Directors of the Hospice for many years as well as Chairing the Fundraising Committee during our most ambitious campaign to rebuild our palliative care unit in Harold’s Cross. His commitment, determination, energy, encouragement, and wise counsel was instrumental in delivering this this vital project that will support countless patients and their families for this generation and the next.

He leaves a legacy at the Hospice of kindness, integrity, and dedication.

It was a privilege to work with David and we are truly saddened to hear of his passing. Our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to have just heard of David's passing, RIP. Sincerest condolences to David"s family and wide circle of friends.

David served on the Council/Board of St. John Ambulance Ireland for several years, stepping in as Chairman for a number of years before retiring and his dedication and wise counsel was of immense value to us. I was especially saddened to have heard of David's recent illness, as I sensed that he had been looking forward to a real retirement with family, after years of service to charities and retirement from frontline work which will sadly not be. An absolute gentleman, yet determined business executive of the highest regard.

May David Rest in Peace after a life well-lived with so much achieved. We were all privileged to have known and worked along side David. 🙏
