Deepest sympathies to the family. An ex classmate in Drimnagh Castle, friend and neighbor. A true gentleman and superb athlete. RIP.
Our condolences to all the family on the loss of Dave. We're proud to have known him from our time in Drimnagh Castle and Walkinstown, and were honoured to have had him as Best Man at our wedding. May he rest in peace.
Dave was a great and valued colleague at Thomond College and UL for many years. His dedication to his students and his sense of humour were outstanding. I always loved to meet him. He was never short of encouragement and kind words. Go ndéana Dia grásta ar a anam uasal. Ba phribhléid dom é aithne a bheith agam air.
Comhbhrón ó chroí libh go léir,

Deepest sympathy to Nicola, Cara, Oran & Breean, so sorry to hear the sad news RIP
I was very saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He was one of the original scholarship boys in Drimnagh Castle and we all looked up to him, not only as an athlete, but as a highly intelligent colleague.

Go nosclaí doras na bhFlaitheas dá anam dílis.
Very sorry to hear of Dave's sad, unexpected passing. My heartfelt condolences to all his family.
I didn’t know him at all, but sending my deepest sympathy to Dave’s family and many friends. It was desperately sad to see the tragedy unfolding in Kilkee at the weekend, and hearing how much he loved the place adds to the sadness. Kilkee will hold his memory in its history and dna. May he Rest In Peace.
