It’s so sad to hear of Declan’s death. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity of spending time with him, during his time at RASP . He was a true gentleman, genuine, honest, caring, helpful, and great fun to be around. He was also an exceptional ukulele player. The world is a colder place with his absence. Sincere condolences to his family and to his children Callum and Chantelle whom he spoke of often.
