So sorry to hear of the passing of Declan. My condolence are with his family and friends at this very sad time. A real gent who will be missed dearly.

My heartfelt and sincere sympathies to Kay, Annette and all the Hughes family especially Charlie & Michael on the passing of Declan. Declan you were such a warm, kind and thoughtful man. You would always ask after others saying “I haven’t seen them in ages, tell them I was asking for them”.
I feel so privileged to have had the pleasure of getting to know you. I will always remember you with fondness and all the great times had in NCR. You were the best brother to Charlie & Michael and to Willie, Paul & Roy (your NCR brothers). May you and Roy rest in peace together.
