Ah Declan was a grand man. We would often see him learning to ride his bike in Westcourt. His carers were always on standby for any accidents. He will be sadly missed by our residents and neighbours. Sincere sympathy to his family and his magnificent carers who did so much for him. R.i.p. Declan
