Declan O'Connell

Heartfelt condolences, Ocean, Eileen, Siobhán, Kevin, Eamon, John and Gráinne. I remember him well when he was little. And I loved hearing Siobhán's stories about him. He sounded like such an adventurous, smart, creative and giving spirit...like the rest of his family.

Living abroad can be a tricky journey and you learn quickly how important it is to find a community of people you can spend time with and count on. Declan was one of those people, and someone I was happy to call my friend. We enjoyed many dinners together with Blaine and would often see him out and about at the cafe's and would of course share a drink or two. I was very saddened to hear this news and send my condolences to everyone who loved him. Thank you Declan for being a part of my journey, you'll be missed.
