Declan O'KANE

My deepest condolence to his family. He was very nice chap with an amazing sense of humor. Declan and me chatted very often about work and India. We never had an opportunity to meet each other in person but we had promised each other a beer at some point. I'm sure he is in a better place where we all will be some day.

RIP and you will be in my prayers.

I got to know Declan when we worked together at Dell and I considered him a friend. He had a great spirit and sense of humor. He was proud of the dinosaurs that we were. I wish we could have had a pint together, for now I will have one for him. I will miss you, my friend

Very sad to hear. He was a kind and fun fellow. Had my first ever cappuccino in Earl street in his good company many moons ago. Many happy memories and chats. Sincere sympathy to all the family. RIP

am sad to hear of Declan's passing...we had many laughs and tribulations together.Although we havnt seen each other for years...I'ts like yesterday since we sat and drank and laughed.......I am in Donegal for work and cannot attend the Service in Clonsilla .........all my love and good memories...x Dice

To Kier, Deidre and Ashling, I am very sorry to hear this news. Declan was a friend and confidante at a formative period in my life. He didn't judge me and was always generous in allowing me a place to stay in Dublin. I have never forgotten that. We shared some great times, not least Stuggart in 1988. RIP.

Although it is difficult today to see to beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you today and tomorrow. Author unknown.
