Sincerest condolences. I met Declan through swimming and I always seemed to be asking him to assist me. I can't remember reciprocating at all. He always obliged and was hugely helpful to me in my goals. I remember him for his kindness and charity. A genleman and will be very much missed.

What an amazing gentleman who 'raised' a generation of UCD scuba divers. You touched and influenced so many lives Declan and you will be missed. My sympathies and thoughts are with you Helen and all your family.
