When I heard of Declan’s passing I was deeply saddened.I recently spoke with him and he told me about his illness and that he was on the mend. I was very happy for him. I first met Declan in work back in 2013 when he was carrying out an audit on behalf of Volkswagen. I soon learned that he was a man of great detail and put great efforts in to his work. I admired this. My condolences to his family at this very sad time.
