I have very fond memories of working with Declan over the 30 years of his involvement in Limerick Youth Service. From Youth-a-Fair, Club Games, Variety Shows, Fundraising events Declan was always available to lend a hand and not to forget our rugby banter. My first trip to Lansdowne Road was compliments of Declan & Marie. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this most sad and difficult time. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
