I heard from an old school pal today that Declan had passed away. I would’ve gone to secondary school with himself Derek K and Eugene W to name a few. Declan was such a nice lad, he was always friendly to me and always made us laugh in school. I’m so sorry for your loss. RIP Declan.

I haven’t seen Declan since our school days, Declan had such a warm heart. I remember when Declan and I set off into town to buy his Mother and Father and Anniversary gift with money he saved up from working with his Dad at the weekends. We were only about 11 or 12 years old at the time, a big ordeal for us going into town on the bus on our own! He didn’t mind if he got into trouble for going into town, he just wanted to find the perfect gift for his parents with the few pound he had. He was so thoughtful and generous.
