Declan was a great friend of my dad Sean. They were part of a special generation in Balbriggan. My sincere condolences. I'll miss giving Declan a wave on the Skerries road.

I am shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Declan My thoughts and prayers are with Ann and all the family.
