So sorry to hear of Deirdre's passing. I have such fond memories of working with her in AIB(F) back in the day.

We didn’t know each other for long, but we shared a ward in Beaumont during that admission, and she was in the bed next to me, Deirdre was a lovely woman, and I’m glad I got to know her a bit, condolences to her husband Brendan, and family and friends. Brendan, so very sad that you have lost your beloved D and Denise has lost a truly wonderful sister. I met Deirdre on my first day working in The Hire Purchase Co of Ireland in Baggot St on 21st June 1965. We were part of the "Typists" Team! Happy, fun and carefree days. Our great friendship has continued until now and I will treasure the memories♥️
