Some years ago I got lost on my way to Ballyvaloo retreat house and it was very very late at night. As I drove around in circles I noticed a light on in a house. I knocked on the door and was warmly invited in by Deirdre and her family. I have never forgotten their kindness to a stranger. I am remembering you all in my thoughts and prayers.
