It was with great sadness that we recently learned of Deirdre's passing. The Midwest Widowed Social Group and I, would like to express our Deepest sympathy to Dee's family and friends. Dee was such a lovely lady, who always had a kind word for everyone.

Dear Grace,Mike, Jack and Rory and extended family. Deeply saddened at the passing of your dear mum and passing on our sincere condolences. Dee was such a beautiful person, warm, loving, kind, generous and a wonderful neigbour to have over the years at Cuan caravan park. I hold many special memories of her here in Ventry; a place close to her heart. Her light and presence and lovliness will continue to shine here as she is remembered in every birdsong and wave that washes up on the shore. Also through yourselves, her beautiful children, that were and will continue to be the jewels in her crown. With all our love at this time Anita, Niamh and Saoirse.

She was an absolutely beautiful person, both inside and out, with her wonderful smile and friendly nature. A devoted wife to the late Mike and an adoring mother of you, her children, she gloried in your achievements, supporting you fully at all stages of your development. Engaging, kind, friendly, thoughtful, generous of heart and of time, your loss is great coming so soon after Mike's untimely death, but you will be able to console yourselves with great memories of a wonderful father and mother, who may be gone but cannot be forgotten. I regret that due to mobility issues I will not be able to attend the funeral, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you at this sorrowful time.

Deepest sympathy to Mike, Jack, Rory and Grace and to all the Cunningham and O'Donohoe family. Was extremely fortunate to have shared an office and worked daily with Dee in Henry Street. Cant begin to comprehend the depth of your loss of such a special mam and sister. She was a special person to all of us in AGS fortunate to have worked with her. Heartbroken and lost for words to think of the void in your lives now. Ye did her proud at every turn and gave her a beautiful funeral. She spoke so often of ye. I will call to her grave and never forget her and ye in the time ahead. May Dee rest in peace.
