To the Hunt family - I am very sorry for your loss. Aunt Deirdre and Uncle Raymond were very kind to me - they allowed a very young and incompetent Chef wanabee into their Huntman kitchen and despite them establishing very quickly my inability they allowed me to work in the Huntsman kitchen for a number of very enjoyable summers in Waterville during the late 1980’s. For that I will always be grateful. To Nicole and Gillian - Tara, Leah and William would have been too young to even possibly remember me - thank you for all of the assistance you gave me at the time.
