I had the pleasure of meeting Deirdre at a couple of meetings this year when I was working with the same manager as Deirdre. Deirdre just said things as they were, was very honest and sincere and a credit to herself and her team and her service users, a tremendous advocate for all that is good. So sad to hear about the passing of Deirdre. i had five great years working with her in Rehabcare. She was passionate about her job and always wanted the best for her staff and members. Deirdre was a wonderful advocate for people with a disability .we had great laugh's together and she was very professional in her work..Dee will be missed greatly by everyone who knew her.May you rest in peace Deirdre.
