I got to know Denis through my parents on the Kerry Supporters club especially on the away trips - he would always be in good form and enquire on how I was. Mass was always part of the agenda and the navigation to and from along with my parents, once mass was done the day was won and the match could go ahead! He was a true gentleman. May he sleep peacefully now in Gods Kingdom.
