To the Cole family, I am very sorry for your loss. Denny played a big part in my development as a young golfer and I have many great memories with him down through the years, beginning in the junior academy where he gave me and others the opportunity to compete and represent Doneraile in clubs across Munster. These were great times and he was always on hand to offer words of encouragement and guidance.
In more recent times we would chat at length outside the clubhouse about all things golf, gaa, and travelling and there was always a laugh!
Thanks for everything Den.

Sincere sympathy to the Cole family and all who loved this special man. Dinny made a great contribution to his neighbourhood and to the town of Doneraile especially through his involvement in the GAA and the Golf club. He was always ready to help and advise new members and worked to ensure young and not so young were welcome. It was a pleasure to meet him for a chat and he always greeted you with a smile and sent you away smiling too.

I met Dinny when I cared for Anna at home before she passed away. They are together again at last and I hope this offers you all great comfort ..
