It has been one of the great privileges in my life to work for Denis on his team at GM.
On top of his incredible leadership and guidance, his warmth as a person shone forth through every interaction.
With Denis to lead from the front we could all be confident that we would be safely steered through our work, and thanks to his fierce support for those of us on his team, we each knew on a deep level, that Denis had our backs.
For those of us just starting out on our careers, Denis was a most excellent guide and teacher, who facilitated so many chances for each of us to grow and develop. I know that I will be forever grateful for the opportunities he gave me.

Denis has set an unsurpassable example, and left a legacy that I'm sure will live on in the lives of many that knew him. I don't think that words can say how much we'll miss him at GM. I'm incredibly thankful for the time we had with him.
