Dearest Georgina , Leona, Denis, Gina, Marie, Jarlaith and extended Reidy family . I was soo saddened to learn the heartbreaking news about your Beloved Denis . Such a Pure Gentleman . I have fond memories from my teenage years of staying in Newcastle and having the best summers ever . I loved going out to Connemara in the ice cream van with Denis and was in awe of him speaking Gaelic to the locals and loved going into O Connors with Leona and her Dad to listen to Jarlaiths band . Such great times . So sorry I missed Denis s funeral , will be thinking of you all in our prayers .May Denis fly high with the Angels . Elizabeth x

My sincerest condolences to Georgina and all the extended family on the passing of Denis. I will cherish the countless memories of growing up in the house in Fairlands, where Denis would allow all of us young children explore his workshop, explain how his tools worked, and even take us along in his van to gather up more supplies. He was always incredibly patient and kind hearted, and willing to offer up his time to the many kids that came through his doors. He will be sadly missed.

Catherine and I are so sad to hear of Den's passing. He was an absolutely wonderful person - so much fun to be around, full of energy and positivity and fantastic stories and always up for the craic. We have so many outstanding memories of long evenings telling stories and laughing in Renvyle and Kerry and Galway. Great times and fabulous memories. Den was such great company and such a wonderful person to be around. We'll miss him terribly. Much love to you Den and safe passage.
