I was fortunate enough to play with Denis and with Richie during our time in DIT. As a result I followed with admiration the remarkable sporting achievements of the Kealy family.
I bumped into Richie with his son Patrick outside Croke Park yesterday and was so sorry to learn the sad news of the deaths of Denis and Maria. Such a terrible double blow.
May they rest in peace and may you find comfort in the legacies they have left behind.
