Sorry to here of my old neighbor passing. Always a Gentleman!

Sincere condolences to the Linehan family on the death of Denis from the Fitzgerald family (Richard, Patricia, Margaret, Alasdair, Brian and Desmond). Denis was a great friend of my parents, Paddy and Mary and is also remembered by their grandson Desmond O'Donnell. He was a lovely man and we were blessed to have known him. May he rest in peace.

I got to know Denis in UCC. That was a pleasure and a privilege. He was such a warm, friendly Gentleman. We had such great conversations over the years, almost always touching on Cork Hurling.
