My sincere condolences to the extended McGovern family on the passing of Denis, my he rest in peace.

Dear Mary and family, we were very sad to learn of Denis's passing. He was a stalwart member of Kildare IWAI, and we enjoyed his company at numerous Canal Festivals in Naas Harbour. We send our sincere sympathies.

I was so sorry to hear Denis passed. I remember him and Claire visiting my grandparents (Brigid and Johnny Kelly of Patrician Avenue) quite regularly. My sister and I had fun as children running around their house! My sincere condolences to his family, he was a lovely man.

Was so sorry to hear about Denis passing. The McGoverns were great neighbors when we were growing up in Gleann-na-Greine. Denis and Clare were such a wonderful couple. I know Denis will be sorely missed. I thought I had posted on this but cannot see it so I am reposting. Deepest sympathy to all the family.

A few years back an uncle of mine in Dublin, Eamon Nolan had enquired about your dad. So when I bumped into your dad years back I mentioned Eamon to him.
