We have always enjoyed our "castle dinners" with our guests from the US for the last 14 years. We especially looked forward to a chat with Denis in the bar before dinner. Every evening was special and contributed to our enjoyment of our holiday time in Doolin. We will miss Denis but we hope to continue our association with his children, especially Declan, Marian and Deirdre. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
Will miss 'the big man' and his quick smile. Remember the good times you all shared and the times you laughed together even though you were busy, in the sad times you may have ahead. Console each other. Just be there for each other
