It is with sadness to hear of Denis's passing, we grew up together as neighbours, my brother Eddie and Denis always cycled into the movies on a Sunday night when they were young men, then of course they both emigrated Denis to England and Eddie to New York hoping to make a better life for themselves, very little work available in Ireland in the early 60's. He had a great love for football and followed the teams with great interest. May Denis rest in Peace united with his wife Tess.
