Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the death of Derek. We have such fond memories of you all, during the "Newtown" phase of our lives. You were both Mum & Dad II for Alex and had a warm welcome for us whenever we were in Waterford. We had good fun in Empuriabrava as well. Derek was an absolute gentleman (the term might have been coined for him) and his stories were legend, particularly for those of us who had experiences in Africa. May God rest his sweet soul.
