We got great support off Derek and Tanya during the Jobstown Trial in 2017. Always enjoyed Derek's company for Breakfast. So so sorry for this sad loss.

Tania & Hazel, I am so so sorry for the tragic and untimely loss of your husband/dad, he truly was a man that everyone looked up to and admired and he adored you both so much. Personally, I have so many fantastic memories of times spent with him. Derek wasn’t just my dad’s best friend, he was so much more than that, he was loved by all of us like family. He is already and will always be missed so much.

He was always great fun to be around and well liked by all who became his friend. His passing will leave a massive void in the lives of his family and wide circle of friends.
