Derek Fulham

My sympathies to you all on Derek's passing. A kind, warm, generous man. His support to neighbours and community was valued and appreciated. He was so kind to host some of our events for the East Wicklow Rivers Trust and was a great advocate for the three rivers on his doorstep at the Meetings of the Waters. May his gentle soul float serenly on guided by the passing Goosanders and Dippers on the river....

I did not know Derek well, but our paths often crossed on the corridors of the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment in Kildare St, and I remember pleasant exchanges with Derek who always seemed to have a ready smile no matter what the challenges of the day.
