All the staff at lovely food co and Bread and Butter are so saddened to learn of Dereks passing. He welcomed us to the area and was always on hand for a chat and catch up. We hope his family realise what a huge part of Drumcondra he was and how he was liked and respected by so many traders and residents.

So so sorry to hear of the passing of beautiful Derek, he was a wonderful man and gentle giant. We knew him as a friend since 2009, when he was living in Glasnevin and part of Immanuel church. He is with his Lord now, singing with choirs of angels. Our thoughts and prayers are with you .
