I wish to say how sorry I am to all the Maher family on the sudden passing of Derek. Many a night we spend up to nothing or something on the streets of Drogheda (usually outside Anneville Crescent or his aunts in Glenmore drive) in our teenage years. Talking rubbish about our plans and futures. A life taken to soon. May he rest in peace.
