Dear Evelyn and family

So sad to hear about Derek. He was a great character and a lovely gentleman. I always enjoyed the craic and chat with him when I was over in goatstown doing a course. I would drop over to the unit at lunchtime and say hello to him. I worked with his late brother James in Templeogue also very sadly missed. Evelyn, you were a wonderful caring sister and I always enjoyed meeting you and having a chat when you visited Templeogue. Am so sorry for your loss.

We just heard the very sad news of Derek's passing today, a great character and a gentleman (nothing but happy memories from when we were growing up together on Keeper road springs to mind) even now on this sad occasion of Dereks passing, Sending our condolance to Breda,Evelyn Noel Olive and all the family may gods peace be upon you in your hour of need. Derek, may you rest in peace with all your loved ones who went before you.. Amen.

I am sorry Dermot to hear of the passing of Derek. He was a gentleman. I always had great chats with him and James.
