My heart is broken for Dereks family and friends. He was a gentleman, and i will always be grateful to him for looking after my mam. We always reminisce about the great times had on Cappagh Green. I am devasted with this news. Derek and his family were so kind to me. Derek was always someone i could rely on. I always talk about the amazing neighbours we had on Cappagh Green and how Nan Cooney would bring me in a curry on a Friday night! I have such fond memories of my next door neighbours. I will think of you always Derek, may you rest in peace.
