Sorry to hear your sad news. Derek will always be fondly remembered in Raheny and its environs by many people who he touched with his time and effort. He was among a few local heros who gave of his talent and time and many happy memories flash back at the mention of his name. Rest in peace Derek, have a pint waiting for me.
