My sincere condolences to Derek's Family on his sudden death. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.
My sister, Geraldine Ryan and her husband Patrick were Derek's neighbours in Ballynagarbry and I met him on many occasions, usually during visits to their house or his outside Moate. He was a gentleman in the true sense of the word and will be sadly missed. Can I wish his wife and family well at this sad time and peace while they contemplate their unexpected loss. A lovely man!
