Hi Paul,
I met Jimmy and Trudi on Sunday last and they told me that your father Dermot had passed away. I was very sorry to hear it.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Dermot's passing, what a man and what a full life Dermot lived.
I first met Dermot down in Anagh, near Ballymahon, Co Longford, at his favorite hobbies of shooting and fishing on Lough Ree and on the Inny river. As I worked in the drinks business I also knew Dermot as a dynamic sales rep for Miller and Co in Dublin. When he retired from the drinks business Dermot open a fishing tackle shop in Ballybane Clondalkin, where he was always amongst his fellow fishermen.
My sincere condolences to Dermot's wife Aine, son Paul, daughter Sheila, and the extended Carberry family.
