Dear Caroline, my deepest sympathies to you and all the family on the sudden passing of your dad, my thoughts and prayers are with you, may he rest in peace.

I was very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Dermot whom I had known since 2012, my deepest sympathies to all of the family.

Keith I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I have lovely memories of meeting him in our engineering days. Thinking of you all at this extremely difficult and sad time x

My deepest condolences to all of the Lawson family. Dermot is vividly present in my memories of the 80s growing up in Hampton Court, I recall him as a kind and patient person, who will now be greatly missed.

Very sorry to read in The Irish Times of Dermot's passing. I remember his lovely friendly personality very well. Condolences to his family.

My sympathies for your loss. I am from Canada and had the pleasure of walking with Dermot and Gerald on a portion of the Portuguese Camino in April of 2015. Dermot was excellent company, both on and off the trail. I have walked the Camino since and he is one of the people that I met that I would look for along each walk! Such are the memories of people who unknowingly leave their mark upon us. The service was excellent!
