Dermy McAlester lived next door to my Great Uncle Albert Muckian on Barrack Street. I used to stay there, came in to Dundalk on the train from Bellurgan, so pre Dec 1951. Dermy brought me to my first film, Father of the Bride, with Spencer Tracy in the cinema on Bachelor's Walk. Rest in peace, Dermy
