Derry Lindsay

Our deepest sympathies to Claire, Cathy, and Suzy on the passing of Derry. Derry was a perfect club member and was always a willing participant in anything he was asked to do in Sutton LTC. An avid tennis player who was never put off by a snow blizzard or a tropical storm, he got great enjoyment from his weekly jousts with his tennis buddies. Above all he was a gentle man who brought enjoyment to everybody he met. RIP

So sorry to hear the sad news of Derry's passing. Derry was always a joy to meet on his walks in Barnageeragh Cove and full of fascinating stories. A warm and wonderful neighbour, he always brought a smile to my face. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear about Derry’s passing. I have very fond memories of talking to Derry in Sutton Lawn Tennis Club. One memory is very vivid it was in the kitchen in the club and he was so so excited about moving to Skerries it does not seem too long ago.
