A lovely neighbour who’ll be sorely missed. I always enjoyed our simple chats about the weather, listening to Derry talk about his old holidays in France or hearing of his Marathon running days! If I was ever feeling unmotivated whilst heading off to exercise, Derry would put me right. ‘I’d love to be going with you, enjoy it while you’re still able’. Too right!
