It’s with sadness I heard of the death of Des. Etta I wish to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family. It’s been many years since I met you but always remember your kindness to me when I was Ill back in the early nineties. Your thoughts and prayers for me back then I will always treasure.

Sorry to learn of Des's passing. We worked in AIB "97" over 7 years from '74 to '81. I remember when you married. Also when he got badly burned with the flaming pan!!!! He was a star of our office parties. Sinatra's "My Way" could only be sung Des' way and no one else dared to sing it. My deepest sympathies to you and your children and the Nagle and Harvey families.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Etta's husband, Des. I don't think that I ever met him, but I certainly remember Etta, and how charming she was the last time I met her (over a decade ago now). I am sure Des's loss is felt very greatly by Etta and their beautiful family. I promise to come to see Etta the next time I come down to Cork, which I hope to do soon.
