To Anne and family, you have my deepest condolences at this very difficult time. I spent many hours at your house and in the garage with Des back in the seventies . We used to go to the St Clement’s disco together most weekends . Even after I left Limerick I used to enjoy bumping into him outside the house when I passed by . Des was a wonderful and engaging character and will be greatly missed.
