I was so shocked to Hear of one of my best friends passing. Detty was a stalwart of our community There for everyone old or young it didn't matter There Will never be the like of Her again. I Will forever miss Her support and kindness to Carlo and I when our only daughter Ria died on 8th of November 2016 and more recently when my darling husband Carlo passed away. Please remember all of the people Detty minded through her tireless volunteering with T.e.a.m. Her fight for social justice and equality Will never be forgotten. Her love of our culture and our Irish language will never be matched. To all of Detty's siblings and her much loved precious children and grandchildren I extend my sincerest condolences.
