Stil, daar gaan 'n man verby... Sterkte Sasha en die res van Dirk se familie. Wat 'n voorreg was dit nie om so 'n wonderlike man te kon ken nie! Ek het jou leer ken as 'n 21 jarige polisieman in PE wat so trots was op jou werk en so energiek. Ons is saam met jou deur jou ongeluk - jy het altyd gespot en gese as daar een persoon is wat jou weer kon laat loop was dit Simone, ons 4 jarige hiperaktiewe dogtertjie daardie tyd! Ons kon net eenvoudig in 'awe' terugstaan en aanskou hoe jy die wereld aanpak en 'n absolute sukses van als maak. Jy was een besonderse mens en ons gaan jou baie mis!
