Dominick was a special person in my life over the years, and I will be forever grateful for his friendship and care. He was such a great character, full of life, good humour, positivity and encouragement. A man of many talents and a people person who provided an open house for us all. His hospitality knew no bounds and himself and Margaret made a great couple and welcomed us all with open arms.
He lived life to the end despite his serious illness, and his suffering is over now.
As time goes on, Margaret hope all your great memories of Dominick will bring you some consolation.

I was thinking about you in the Spring when we had our zoom history course. I didn't know what you and your beloved Dominick were going through.
You were the finest couple I have ever encountered and are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was with great sadness that I heard about Dominic's death. He was a true gentleman ,so gentle and unassuming. He fought his battle with his ill health with such courage and positivity. .He was a brilliant bridge player and was so willing to impart his knowledge to those who were beginners. It was a privilege to have him in our club in Kilnamanagh.

Mag today we have been remembering the years of adventure. Traveling around the world with you both. The airports we have passed through. The different forms of transport on land and water and rail, not always the best, but we always reached our destination, at times more good luck than management. Sleeping on floors Blocking holes in windows to keep out the cold. The hundreds of meals we had together. So many great adventures. Much fun and laughter So many happy memories.

Mag a lifetime together is never enough we are thinking of you both with so much love.

Dominick was a patient, kind and self-effacing man who, despite his severe illness, greatly enriched all our lives. In particular those of us who had the privilege of playing bridge with him and learning from him in Slade Valley are at a great loss. My thoughts are particularly with Margaret at this time.
