Deepest sympathy to the Brassil Family on the sad passing of Donal. He was a great friend to more than one generation of the Corry Family. He loved to chat about hurling, rugby and horses. We spent many a good day point to pointing in Dromoland. May Donal rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to all the Brassil family on Donal's death. Donal was a very popular member of the club when he came to work in Kerry around 1960. He was an outstanding middle distance/cross country runner and helped the team to many victories. He travelled from Co Louth six years ago for a club reunion which was greatly appreciated. Donal has now achieved his greatest victory. May he rest in heavenly peace.

Don was an extraordinary individual. He possessed unbelievable inner strength, a keen intelligence, and a deep love for his family. He was truly the most stoic person I have ever met. It was an honour and an education to spend time with him.
