Sincere condolences to Donal's close friends and family. I had the privilege of working with Donal a lot over the 13 years we were both at ICON. Also took the heat out of any stressful situations and made it seem easier. He will be missed. His legacy here however will endure.

When I started at ICON in 2021 Donal was so patient with me, always taking the time to answer all my questions. He consistently went above and beyond, pulling through for me even on tight deadlines, and offering valuable guidance and advice whenever I needed it. It was truly a pleasure working with him. My heart aches for your loss and I will be praying for comfort to his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

I had the honor of working with Donal. It always put a smile on my face just to hear his voice. He was so kind to all and willing to jump in to help what ever the need. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

I had the privilege to get to know Donal fairly well working closely with him on a challenging partnership over the last 12 years at ICON. I met Donal on my 1st day at ICON back in 2016. He exuded warmth, wielding his own brand of dry wit that made you feel immediately at ease. Always a story to share. His passing is a loss for all who knew and worked with him.

I am so very sorry to hear of Donal's passing. I had the privilege of working with Donal for many years at ICON. He was one of the kindest, most patient, intelligent, good humored people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I often reached out to Donal for questions...sometimes the same ones repeatedly... and never, ever did he make me feel silly or like I was wasting his time. He was a wonderful, kind soul and his absence will be sorely felt. May he rest in peace and may his family and loved ones find comfort in the days ahead.

He was fantastic company: we shared many chats about music, sport, drama, plays, politics, and family, and I loved his insights and funny quips. My sincere condolences to Niamh, Caoilfhionn, Odhran and Donal's extended family. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with Donal during his years in Stratus. He was always calm, considered, quick witted and good craic. We had arranged to meet in, town with a couple of other ex-Stratus friends for a pint in Dec, but pushed it out to 10th Jan, there is a lesson there for all of us !
