Dear Mrs. Harris and family of Donal, I have been told about Donal's recent death and wished to write to you to extend condolences on your loss. I remember Donal well from my own student days in UCC. His mix of knowledge and wit was a great support to us as new students and he is remembered fondly. I know many of his old colleagues are saddened to hear of his passing too.
