The passing of Donal Hickey has been met with great sadness by all who knew him down here in Munster SCÓR circles. An "ever present"" at All Ireland Finals in Cork, Killarney, Athlone, Belfast and Castlebar., Donal's cool calm administrative skills were always in evidence both before, during and after each years showpiece. Having stepped down from his role as Runaí SCÓR Laighin, both he and Kay continued to travel and refresh the friendships they had made through SCÓR over the years. I'm sure the likes of Derry Gowan and Tom O Connor had a great welcome for both himself and Kay when they reached that great SCÓR stage in the sky. Donal you will be truely missed, but the service you gave will be remembered and appreciated long into the future.Go raibh míle maith agat a fhear uasal agus ar dheis Dé go raibh tú agus do bhean Kay. Jerry Doody and all in SCÓR na MUMHAN
